For generations, the highlight of Irish social life was the Hooley. Music, dance, song, good conversation and merriment flowed freely as described in the Percy French song, "There's a Hooley on in Hannigan's House Tonight." We hope you'll join us to celebrate our Irish heritage as the Dubuqueland Irish Association and Premier Bank present the 2011 Irish Hooley in the Alliant Amphitheater at the Dubuque Star Brewery, Port of Dubuque, Iowa.

Since moving to the Port location, the Hooley has simply exploded into a huge day-long celebration of all things Irish in the Dubuqueland area. While music, food, irish dancing, cultural exhibits and retail opportunities delight families all day long, the party is thrown into high-gear in the evening when Gaelic Storm returns to wow another huge Dubuque audience. Don't you dare miss it!

HOSPICE GIVEN $10,000
BY THE IRISH HOOLEY!

Holy Hooley! Irish eyes are smilin' at the massive success of the Irish Hooley. None more than those who have benefited from the proceeds including The Dubuqueland Irish Association, The Rotary Club of Dubuque and Hospice of Dubuque. Hospice Executive Director Barb Zoeller, pictured here at a volunteer appreciation picnic, has accepted checks totaling over $50,000. Funds raised for charity the past four years have topped $125,000.
